		<description><![CDATA[Adeel - The physical size of he ATC facility is not large unto itself.   It houses a few thousand servers.   You would not likely see the impact on the balance sheet for a couple of reasons.  First - This infrastructure purchase (as it relates to this specific post) would/could really be lumped into a capital avoidance.  This capacity was used to provision mostly against new growth versus consolidation of existing footprint.   That being said, we had another project underway where we focused on cost reduction through infrastructure consolidation.   We will have much more data coming out at the Uptime Institute regarding our work there.   In that effort we realized some significant savings as measured through power costs, license costs, and more.  Hope this helps!
